The Wallflower (ヤマトナデシコ七変化 Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge) is about Sunako Nakahara who was called ugly by her crush. This incident sparks a life change, and as a result Sunako shuns all forms of beauty, both in herself as well as in life. Concerned by her change for the worst, Sunako's aunt, the owner of a beautiful mansion where four very handsome students live, offers the guys free rent in her mansion if they can turn Sunako into a "perfect lady". While the four of them manage to make Sunako physically beautiful enough to become a lady, the problem lies with her attitude and interests. Up until the most recent release in the story, they've managed to convince Sunako's aunt that her niece is indeed a lady befitting the mansion in which they live (and prevent the rent from skyrocketing to triple the required amount). However, in reality Sunako has not changed considerably. Sunako has the tendency to spurt out in a nose bleed when seen by bright creatures, especially around Kyohei Takano.

Kyohei then turns freezing like an ice, and the only way to fix his state to "make a baby" with the woman he loves, who is Sunako. Takenaga, Ranmaru and Yuki then tries to make Sunako and Kyohei sleep together, which Sunako opposes. Will they be succesful? What will happen?

Kyohei Takano Sparkle
Kyohei Takano is one of the main male protagonist in the series. Kyohei is the most popular and physically attractive out of the four bishonens. Kyohei is initially seen as selfish, blunt, and demanding and has no inclination to be gentle towards Sunako unless it will reduce rent. He has, nonetheless, proved he can be considerate to her when he tries. Among the male protagonists of the story, he is the one that best gets along with Sunako.

Despite not being a hardcore fan of gory stuff, he has been seen to be able to enjoy horror movies with her, and, although Sunako often states she dislikes his company because it hurts her to be with such a "radiant creature".
